Rice Ball


These are 4 rice balls made by me! Mummy cook the rice just nice...not too wet or too dry or too 'teng'. But since there are no 'chai' (vegetable), I simply make the rice balls lah...........................
U see the first and second rice ball got stuff on top.
The first wan is tau kua and the white colour is cauliflower just to make it nice lah..................
The second wan got fish.........ikan goreng..........a slice onie............then on top summo orange colour wan is carrot.....1 small slice.
how to make rice balls??
  • first hior u take rice from rice cooker ah watever.
  • then, second, u put on the plate.
  • then u take ur spoon and fork.
  • then u flatten the rice on the plate then press it until become 'nua nua'.
  • then after u think its 'nua nua' dy (when its not 'chi liap' one rice edi.........become very nua), then u keep half the plate clear of rice.
  • ok then the top empty space u scoop the rice according to the spoon.......its tablespoon u know, not the soup spoon.
  • then u make lah. its like u use n fork n spoon then u make it round. keep pressing it.......become round.
  • then after round dy, decorate with vegetable or meat or fish...watever....................
  • make sure must be small size if not the rice ball will collapse wan.
  • eat dy very nice wan u know. ..............................................................
